Tandily is a planning and checklist app for organizing plans, tasks, members, files, and activity records. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles, how it is used, and the choices available to you.
When you use Tandily, you may provide information such as:
Tandily supports email sign in and Sign in with Apple. When you sign in, the app stores your sign-in state and account identifier so you can return to the app without signing in every time. If Apple provides an email address during Sign in with Apple, Tandily may store that email in your profile.
Tandily uses information to provide app features, including:
Tandily stores app data in Tandily storage. App data may include profile information, plans, tasks, templates, members, invitations, activity records, settings, and file metadata. Imported files are copied into the Tandily app sandbox.
When you select a file using the system document picker, Tandily copies that file into Tandily storage so it can be listed, opened, and deleted from within the app. Tandily does not upload imported files unless a feature clearly asks you to share or export them.
Tandily asks for camera or photo library access only when you choose to update your profile avatar. The selected or captured image is stored in Tandily storage for use as your avatar. Tandily does not access your camera or photo library unless you initiate this action.
Notification and privacy options are stored as app settings. These settings are used to control the app experience and do not upload usage data unless a feature clearly asks for your permission.
Tandily does not sell your personal information. Tandily does not share app data with advertisers or data brokers. Plan data and imported files remain in Tandily unless you choose to share information outside the app using system features.
Tandily does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. Tandily does not use third-party advertising identifiers.
App data remains in Tandily until you delete it, delete your account, or remove the app. Some information may also be removed when you delete individual plans, tasks, members, files, or other records.
The Delete Account action removes account data, plans, tasks, settings, activity records, file metadata, and copied files from Tandily, then signs you out.
Tandily is intended for general productivity and planning use. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy when app features, legal requirements, or privacy practices change. The updated version will be available in the app.
